All sales are final. We do NOT offer refunds or returns once an order has been confirmed and delivered.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us through the contact form on the website within 24 hours of delivery with your order number, phone number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and help with a replacement or correction where applicable.

Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging for any issue to be reviewed.
